Welcome to Avon Middle School West, the home of the Orioles.
School sports is an extension of the classroom, yet another way Avon Schools encourages the growth and development of the whole child. Our teams compete to win and carry the responsibility of representing the name on the front of the jersey. Most importantly, our student athletes learn vital life lessons: teamwork, dealing with adversity, achieving goals, dedication, and sportsmanship.

Tickets
Avon Middle School West will be offering an online ticket option for all athletic events. Online tickets will be available for purchase on the platform EventLink. These tickets will become available for purchase ten days prior to the date of the event. We encourage you to download the EventLink application on your mobile device from the App Store or Google Play Store.
All athletic tickets cost $5. Children between the ages 0 and 5 years old will be free in addition to adults who are 62 years old and older. When purchasing a ticket online through EventLink, there will be a service fee included.
Important Athletic Information
A physical — dated after April 1, 2025, uploaded to your account, and cleared by the Athletic Trainer — is required before an athlete is eligible to participate in tryouts or workouts.
Athletic Fees
The following fees will need paid prior to participating in each sport:
- $50.00 for Avon School Corporation (This fee is paid per sport)
- $25.00 for Avon Middle School West (This fee is paid once per year)
- Practice packs will be required by certain sports, price to be determined.
- You could also have the ability to purchase team gear.
- Athletic fees can be paid using the “Pay for Optional Fees” on the E-Funds Website (Currently, E-funds charges are $1.25 per transaction if you enter banking information for an e-check. It is $2.85 per $100 transaction to use a credit/debit card, fees subject to changes please check the website.)
