Nicole strives to be a trusted, caring adult who helps students feel connected, supported, and successful. She also enjoys coaching volleyball and building strong relationships within the school community.

Patrick Magee serves as a school counselor at Avon Middle School West, supporting students whose last names begin with L-Z. He is passionate about building positive relationships with students and helping them succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Patrick enjoys bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to his work and values the strong sense of community at AMS West. Outside of school, he enjoys spending time with his family, following sports, and playing pickleball.

With a background in counseling practice management, education, and the performing arts, Sarah brings a unique blend of organization, creativity, and compassion to her role. She enjoys helping students feel at ease and ensuring families receive excellent support and service.
