Nicole Wilson • School Counselor (Last Names A-K)
Nicole Wilson serves as a school counselor for students whose last names begin with A-K. With more than 16 years of counseling experience and deep roots in the Avon community, she is committed to supporting students and families through every stage of the middle school journey. Nicole strives to be a trusted, caring adult who helps students feel connected, supported, and successful. She also enjoys coaching volleyball and building strong relationships within the school community.

Patrick Magee • School Counselor (Last Names L-Z)
Patrick Magee serves as a school counselor at Avon Middle School West, supporting students whose last names begin with L-Z. He is passionate about building positive relationships with students and helping them succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Patrick enjoys bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to his work and values the strong sense of community at AMS West. Outside of school, he enjoys spending time with his family, following sports, and playing pickleball.

Sarah Weber • Social Worker
Sarah Weber is the social worker at Avon Middle School West. She is dedicated to supporting students' social-emotional well-being, mental health, and overall success both inside and outside the classroom. Sarah partners with students, families, and staff to help address challenges and connect students with the resources they need to thrive. She enjoys building meaningful relationships and creating a safe, supportive environment for all students who call Avon Middle School West home.

Sarah Wells • Registrar & Student Services Assistant
Sarah Wells serves as the Registrar and Student Services Assistant at Avon Middle School West. She is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for students, families, and staff. With a background in counseling practice management, education, and the performing arts, Sarah brings a unique blend of organization, creativity, and compassion to her role. She enjoys helping students feel at ease and ensuring families receive excellent support and service.
