It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that the band directors proudly present results from last Friday’s contest!
The 6th grade All-Star Band received Gold With Distinction. They received the best score at the contest for their level and the 2nd-best score of the contest!
The 4th period Wind Ensemble received Gold With Distinction. They received the best score at the contest for all bands (tied with Avon Middle School North's top band).
It was an INCREDIBLE performance and reward for the students’ hard work! Last year, only 18% of bands received Gold with Distinction ratings. At our contest this year only five bands received that extra special rating.
